The answer to the first question is Frank Toman. I'll be intrigued to see the answer to the other two questions - for question 2, I would guess St Pat's Armagh.

1973 Franciscan College Gormanstown.
13 a side. Dublin, Cavan, Mayo, Kilkenny, Donegal, Kerry, Meath & Clare all had players on that team.
