Over the last 2 McKenna Cup games(and prob the Dublin challenge) new faces have seen some game time. Who out of the newcomers has impressed?
For me think Lee Rice Joe Sheridan and although not technically new, Barry McCambridge, have done themselves no harm. Also what a goal from Oisin Conaty

So now the McKenna Cup is done what players done think could be the 15 in the league in 2 weeks?

Barry McCambridge I think fills a big gap for us. What forwards etc miss out.

Although it was only 2 games and literally a quick run out for most players Higgins stood out for me. Contay made a decision and went for it.

I feel like a bit of a hypocrite when it comes to assessing players in the team. If this was to be done from scratch there would be some established players who would be lucky to get their place come the league but they have proven themselves before. For example, that mistake by Rafferty, if that was Magill he would have been told he is not up to county level - however Rafferty has his history and Magill has his which influences a lot of minds and rightfully so.

Tough one. Presuming no injuries barring Oisin O’Neill and Greg McCabe, Nugent and TK suspended for first league game. (Correct me if I’m wrong on any of those, probably start all 4 if available)

3. Forker
4. Morgan
5. C O’Neill
6. McCambridge
7. JO’B
8. Mackin
9. Crealey
10. Soupy
11. Grugan
12. TK
13. Turbitt
14. Rian
15. Cian McConville

Probably made some big omissions but anyway criticise away! (Edited for TK, presume he is available)
