Last night's game was dire. I expected a bit more from Down if I am being honest. An Antrim team savaged with injuries this year and Down couldn't put the game to bed.

Let's be honest, we are on the weakest off weak sides of the draw here. I normally give opposition respect, but I just cant see any other result today than Armagh winning comfortably against a poor Fermanagh team and Down leave a lot to be desired. Be looking at 8 - 10 points on fermanagh today. Don't think it will be a contest at all if we go about our business properly and put full effort in from start to finish
Fermanagh have some very good players but we should be on a different level.

Antrim and Down are awful.

6-6 in this second half, know the games was over before half but we should be more ruthless against poor opposition.

I take your point, but equally when the game becomes so one sided its difficult to maintain the same intensity. And the focus has probably turned to avoiding unnecessary injuries and giving fringe players some gametime.

Expected more from Fermanagh today. The best they can hope for this season is some competitive games in the Tailteann Cup.

Defence has been good but forwards have been poor really apart from punishing some bad mistakes by Fermanagh. Down will put it up to us in the next round if we don’t get the finger out. Some shooting practice is badly needed.

Down are as bad as Fermangh but they’ll be mad up for it.

Well done players & management. Job done. Fermanagh desperate. Onwards to a poor Down for a chance of another big day out. Get the hair cuts sorted

They’ll be more up for it and are a better championship team so are more likely to turn up on the day. I don’t think we’re in a position get carried away and think we’ll stroll past them, today would’ve been tight if it weren’t for those gifted goals and Fermanagh missing a near empty net. Only 11 points with the players we had starting against that team is brutal. A top team like Derry or Dublin would’ve scored closer to 20 with half a team out.
