I saw Big Rafferty today, looking fit and well.... would be good to get him back.
Any word on Murninan, sounds unlikely he will be back for the league :(

The Irish News match photo captions just get better  Front page today, picture of Aidan Forker with Mark Donnellan, the Kildare keeper. The caption reads "Kildare goalkeeper Mark Donnellan punches the ball away from Brendan Donaghy............"

Stating the obvious I guess in stating would really like to see Murnin back asap. He really makes things happen in that full forward line. Would be interesting to see both him and young O'Neil operating together in that line. Two mobile, skilful target men who can win ball and have a good understanding with Jamie. Create plenty of mayhem and space for Jamie to wreck havoc and allow Campbell to roam around half forward line

Good target men for making use of the 'forward Mark's- then an easy point for the taking.

Yeah-both are very mobile and can run constantly, switching back and forth looking for ball coming in to take the mark (or play on otherwise). A headache for a full back line to look after and having to team up on them creates more space for Jamie and half forwards. They are, of course, more than just big targetmen for the ball to be lumped into. But their skill, mobility and general footballing intelligence would make the two of them a very potent combination along with Jamie in that full forward line

Clare will be very difficult on Sunday. We robbed them last year - a very very good div 2 side. A bit more belief needed up front to get that ball over the black spot and disciplined tackling required! Clare will be gunning for us!!
Gary Brennan is one of the very best midfielders in the country. Excellent set of forwards also
I really admire Clare and what they have managed to achieve. They do not want to stop now-they are a county with genuine ambitions. They gave Donegal a real fill of it on Sunday and were disappointed that lack of experience probably cost them a victory. Makes them all the more focused on coming up and getting a result next Sunday. This will be a really tricky game.

Even with that Armagh would have won if the ref had done his job properly. Why do you post here?
You can't blame the ref for that yesterday Armagh were poor in the last 10mins given away a 5 point lead, they missed other chances like that goal that came of the bar how did he miss, they should have closed the game out,Why do I post here? maybe cause I'm a Armagh fan & a fan of Gaa ,should I not post on here?
