Whitecross are doing the one day coaching course on the same day as we play Kerry, Feb 25th. Does anyone know any clubs that are doing it on other dates perchance?
I've been critical of him in the past and would have had him gone years ago but we had a good year this year and it feels like we are (finally) on to something with this team so leave him at it for another year. Silverware in 2023 is a must however, it has been too long!
I remember hearing a song when we got to the League Final in 94 being played on the radio in the build up to it. It was a reworking of the Celtic Symphony with the lyrics Oh Ah Up Armagh replacing the RA! Does anyone else remember this song, know the lyrics, or have an audio copy of it?
In many ways this was a more enjoyable day than the Final I felt. I was sitting with my brother and Dad, and all Armagh fans seemed to be sitting together in large sections, unlike the final where we all seemed to be scattered. The atmosphere was unreal too. I remember Longford had a section...

This is behind the paywall. Has anyone got the text or did they read it perchance?
Cavan were really unfortunate yesterday, should have had a penalty and goal in the first half and they go no luck with Donegal's 2 goals. Showed us up even more. Donegal are not great defensively I think, Monaghan or Derry will fancy their chances big time.
Half of the county seemed to be in Letterkenny on Saturday night, the Clanree was packed. Great to see, and I would imagine they'll be mad to bring Armagh back to Letterkenny when they can.
We've been in 28 Final's, and only Tyrone and Derry have won more Ulster title's at the grade, Derry only overtaking us in recent times so I feel we've a decent tradition.
Do we still have development squads? Without wishing to sound like an old fart, the facilities available to GAA players at club, school and county level are unreal and rightfully so. What are Derry and Tyrone schools doing that Armagh one's aren't. I've been at the Abbey with my son on...
Why has our Minor set up become so poor? I appreciate it is a big question to ask but no win since 2009 and no Final appearance since 2014 is shocking given our previous Minor pedigree.
I am sure it has taken at least £100,000 to run the county panel in each of the last 7 seasons so that's where I am getting the £1m from. I am told we have a full time physio for the senior team for example and Donaghy is not on the coaching set up for the good of his health. Again, very happy...
