Travel safely. Enjoy the day, the game and eat outside their county. Support them in no way. Circle the wagons. This season is ours.

Here @Big Jim , can I still eat my tuna sandwiches at half time?
But of course you can patrick (with a small p) as long as it's none of thon euro dolphin friendly eco aware sh1te them southern smugglers are selling in to our great NI economy! And of course the bread must be Ormo (those of a certain age). It'd suit you better though to have some of that great staple, Anglo-Irish Stew!! Same as Irish stew except it has pieces of orange in it!

A win today opens up all sorts of exciting possibilities in this league campaign. A few later changes would not surprise me but am hopeful that we can put the laois bogeyman to the sword this evening.

Just about to set off. I am really hoping we can build on last week's win, a win tonight against our bogey team would be a real boost to confidence & morale.

Good luck to the squad & management & safe travels to all those making the trip. We'll certainly let Portlaoise know the Nordies are in town.

C'MON ARMAGH.
