Very enjoyable to watch yesterday for Jan football. Monaghan are very poor, albeit a lot of new faces, they can only get better. Very happy with how fit and mobile we looked, I feel we have moved away from bulk and power to more pace and nimble feet which is perhaps a knock on of the new rules...

Exactly, get him in, Geezer like to keep lads around that age in the extended panel for a season or two (McCormick and McGrane come to mind) before they even make a match day panel in any comp, hes from good stock so training at that level will only bring him along and its he showing up well...
