Just thought I'd add as I see everyone saying how bad the ref was. He was actually bad for both teams and I think Down would have felt aggrieved a few times as well. But he was definitely worse for Armagh, 100%.
I rememeber the argument last year that the other forwards don't play well when Rian is playing like he did today. Is there any basis or reason to why that may be?
Absolutely, I think they will do well in division 2. I had a look at the table for division 3 during the game and thought, well they won but what a shit league, Westmeath were second! Then I remembered that Westmeath gave us a hell of a game last year.
Terrible day at the office but a win is a win. We will need to play a whole lot better to have a chance on winning the final, regardless of who wins tomorrow.
Ref was absolutely shocking.
Sounds like we gave away two goals with errors from short kick outs. Really annoying because before today I was thinking that the kick outs were one of our big improvements.
