And don't forget Sheridan as well. I know not everyone rates him, but Aaron Findon is another well capable lad.

By the way, I'm just delighted you include Jamar Hall in your 15. What a great hard working talent that lad is and gets little credit from us
Hall does a lot of donkey work that goes under rated. Vital piece of mcgeeney attack and defense his is running

Did findon play?
Was he injured last year or just didn't make the match day squads? With the options we have there between Burns, O'Neill, Grimley, Sheridan and Mackin, he's going to find it tough to get game time. We have a serious amount of options all over the field. Many people have been critical of McGeeney and some of it has been justified, but one thing that no one can argue with is the quality of squad he has put together. It's good to see work that has been done and is being done in the clubs and development squads is baring fruit with the players that are making it onto the panel.

Poor is being kind, no cards issued for players being taken out in the air but Soupy gets a yellow for having his arm caught & held. Some ridiculous decisions but should I really be that surprised
Lost control, Aidan Nugent cleaned out of it in the air, no attempt by the Cavan man to go for ball, and it was play on. There were then two exactly the same incidents again(one Armagh and one Cavan) and ref gave frees but it was too late at this stage. We didn’t help ourselves with a lot of wresting of the ball. Mcilroy run over and hit the no 20 a shoulder when he came on, (completely uncalled for imo) and he got booked. In saying that the no 20 threw an Elbow at the same time and if it had connected correctly, mcilroy’s jaw would have been dislocated. McGeeney was going mental about it on the sideline to the linesman.

That is some team on paper. Players who have been on the panel for a number of years like Jemar Hall, Ryan Kennedy, Aidan Nugent, Patrick Burns, Ethan Rafferty, Stephen Sheridan, Connaire Mackin, Greg McCabe, Joe McElroy and Niall Rowland would all consider themselves starters on any of our strongest teams. Add in the talented young players that made their debuts, played or were on the panel yesterday like Turbitt, O'Neill, Duffy and McCumiskey and we have a very strong panel and we should really be thinking of making a break through at this point.

There's 2, maybe 3 of those lads aren't getting near the 26 nevermind the 15
