Another problem. No-one has mentioned it but O'Neill, Campbell and Nugent are all right footed freetakers. If Turbett is not fit we would have a major problem there.
Niall Grimley would have taken right foot frees/45’s before Rian came on the scene as far as I remember?

Brolly and with McGeeney, Canavan and a few others were at a function to raise money for Holy Trinity College in Cookstown. They were also honouring Kieran McGeary who’s a teacher there with Canavan. A panel type format at was set up so that the guests could contribute to a debate on all things GAA. A question was asked about the legitimacy of the GPA as an external agent with £7m in its coffers. I believe Brolly was right in what he was saying but as usual his waffle and delivery tied himself in knots. McGeeney just cut the legs from under him and by the time Joe tried to make his point his point was gone.

Also, forget the subject matter, but Niall Laird’s painting of McGeary is something else as a piece of sports art. Think it was auctioned and bought for £12k.

Martin McHugh on the CCCCCCCCCCCCCCC panel that picked up on O'Neill after the rest of them. Just saying.
What you are saying is this:

Armagh appealed the three suspensions they were given based on the referee report.
When Armagh were putting their case to the panel Martin McHugh who is from Donegal pointed out what O'Neill had done so rather than get any of the three suspensions revoked we came out of the appeal with four players suspended?

However, some people have stated that Rian O'Neill was cited based on video evidence and this was done independently of the CCC.

This is an absolute mess with different stories coming out from different posters. If the former point is true that could have serious implications for the CCC.

Is it not the CCC that does this?

Whatever the outcome, the GAA needs to become far, far more transparent and come out stating exactly who is being punished, what the evidence is and what exact rule they are being punished for breaking.

The whole thing as it is is a total joke.
