The Coaching Day will consist of the following and will be delivered by Ulster Council and assisted by one of our ASEE Academy Squads.

Introduction to the Day – Roger/Tony Time 10.00am
Duration 15 mins
Session 1: Winning the ball back – Shane McCann Time 10.30 am (45mins – allow 10 mins for questions)
Session 2: Tackling for Success – Gary Mallon Time 11.15am (45mins – allow 10 mins for questions)
12 noon Light Lunch – 30 minutes
Session 3: Kicking for Possession – Roger Keenan Time 12.30 pm (45mins – allow 10 mins for questions)
Session 4: Kicking for Scores – Tony Scullion Time 1.15 pm (45mins – allow 10 mins for questions)
Conclusion – Question and Answer Session Time 2.00 pm
Duration 10 minutes
Finish 2.10pm
This is a practical observation event where coaches will have the opportunity to take notes, video as well as question and answers after each session.
