Watching the Ladies on TG4 there, which was a draw against Meath when they were probably expected to win. Meath scored 1-1 in the last few minutes and if the same rule had existed in relation to the hooter they would likely have got another point. I do see Aimee Mackin te subs list.
Thought they started trying to manage the clock far too early. Slowed the pace of the game way down with about 11 minutes to go when they were 4 points up and on top, should have went for the killer.
Then when Meath upped the pace in the closing stretch they couldn't get back up to the required pace

Didn't get to see all of this. Disappointed they couldn't close it out. But Meath are a good team, so a draw is not the end of the world. Hopefully we can get the win next day.

Definite regression from last year. The management change looks a bit odd when the former manager is now taking the minors and his backroom team replaced him.

They qualified for that league final in some style, but the wheels then seemed to fall off the wagon.

Management were out of their depth. They were 4 points up against Meath with 4 mins to play in the group and conceded a late goal and a point. Need to be seeing these games out. Squad needs to be utilised more, O’Hanlon, Henderson and Mallon could be impact subs when experience is needed but you need to trust the players. Could pick the team every week as it was the same names. Opponents found Armagh out, playing the same team week in week out with the same tactics. The league final was a mess, Kerry kicked it in and exposed Armagh in the croke park space, management did nothing to counter it.

Best of luck to the Armagh U16 team as they appear in the All Ireland final this evening. The girls take on Galway in Longford at 7pm.
Last year they defeated Waterford in the final, so fingers crossed for back to back titles.

Congratulations to Armagh Ladies on another Ulster victory against Tyrone. The bean hallions have obviously improved over the years as this was a close affair, so all the better to win the end.

Great win for Armagh ladies there! Would be great to see them get to an All Ireland Final and get over the line as they’re definitely good enough.
Niamh Henderson was brilliant for them over last few years but haven’t seen her involved this year (although haven’t been watching really closely). Has she stepped away or injured?
