Coronavirus and the GAA

I read that the Tyrone chairperson has said all 32 counties should go back together

Very short term memory when last year the 26counties started in front of us.

If the north permits sports, which I suspect will be, from March 29th in line with ingerland the GAA needs to permit the north to start. The south will open for sports on April 5th anyway and they'll move sport to level 4

But don't shout this to loud as those who don't want society to reopen will be out in force

I agree entirely - start back as soon as we can.

Oh, so we could get a week’s training up on Donegal and Monaghan?

I didn’t realise the south started ahead of us last season. I had my head in the sand back then.

Strange seeing the 2020 Ulster Minor championship final taking place this weekend.

I noticed the 2021 Ulster Minor championship is starting in July too.

What’s the deal regarding the completion of the 2020 AI Minor championship?

Are the 2020 and 2021 Minor teams the same group of players... Or have the 2020 minors stayed on from last year? (And probably overage now actually).

So many questions...

According to a boyo that knows theses things and involved in high level schools stuff comperutations, it's believed and no reason not to think it's very true, that the players in this year's last year's final are the same players what played in the earlier rounds last year so they could finish last year's this year because of the Covid you see! Clear?
Now this year's this year competition starts soon with this year's, this year's players, some of whom are last year's and some new from this year.

Hope that cleared that up for you as I've a headache now!
