I heard yesterday that the draw for this year's competition is on Wednesday evening. Rumour also that at least one game will be within the next two weeks as them'uns and possibly Donegal (not sure if that's right though) head off on a holiday after Christmas and another round of games on Sunday 30th December.

Them'uns heading to the land of "lady boys" with wives and partners. I'd have thought wives would have been enough, but f that's the way they play it..............!

Dump them both out of the competition I say , sure aren't we getting penalised for a training session pre Championship, they're just going for a pre Christmas jolly.

3 weeks between game 1 and game 2. Bit strange and probably not ideal, but Corrigan is handy for the North county brigade. Weirdly I can be at an away game quicker than a home game.

Just happy we're nearly back to the start of another season. It's a sad life being a GAA supporter!
