May be of interest to some of you. Separate competition for the Super 8s and semis and final. Paid entry (£10) with couple of grand in the prize pot. First time running it so obviously if interest is good future prizes will be too. Spread the word if ya can!

Any feedback appreciated too (even negative!).

This is a heartfelt plea to Aidan Forker . Aidan stay out of the referees this year no black or red cards , last year I think I ended up with minus points :)

I think you may have missed out the word "book" from that sentence ;):)

In fairness to Aidan he did have his red card against Louth rescinded & rightly so.

I'm hoping Aidan has a few performances similar to that against Derry in the McKenna Cup, he was superb that day.

He did but I don’t think the GL rescinded the -7 anyhow I went with him and I heard he scored a beauty today and he’s down as a defender .. I had two red cards today ...I just don’t know what is is with my teams and discipline I mean I am such a disciplined calm easy going person ......

Flippin' took out Niall Grimley and he comes on and gets 3 scores.

I hope you haven't made me balls up my team, Geezer! I know where you live! (I don't really, but he won't be able to read this anyway because it's in brackets ;))

Jaysus, Peter Harte has been Shiite so far, and he's my captain.

Gambled with that toe-rag McGourty too, and he must have gone off in a huff again as he missed last week.

Doesn't look like I'm going to be winning a Gaelic Life tax disk holder this year!

McHugh, no. I do have Hughes though. He's probably been busy running after a herd of cattle.

The Chairperson of the board has now decided to withdraw the offer to @ragingbull and @PatMustard to take over the running of the senior team based on recent poor performance before the season is lost and beyond recovery. The board wish neither candidate well nor any continued success and hope that the lessons gained from their recent experience has shown both of them that their former careers in decorating dolls houses is truly where their talents lie!

    :D:D:D:D:p:p

You see this is why I don't do these things. I prefer people thinking I haven't a clue, rather than giving them the evidence to prosecute ;)

    Here, what board is this?

Yiz are all Pat Spillane's and Joe Brolly's of this world. It's easy to criticise when you've never managed at a high level like us.
