Fair play to Clonmore. A mid table 2A team v a team relegated to junior. Home advantage a help but still a great result.

Good win for Ballyhegan.
Could've won by more. Grange goalie, who played well throughout, saved a well taken penalty in the first half. Also a goal line scramble in second half.
Midfield played well.
Looked dangerous going forward.
Clans next up, will be a big step up IMO.

I hear the ref had to be escorted off the pitch at the end? What was the craic there?

Yeah. Bit of a free for all towards the end. Few Eire Og lads angry about something but I genuinely didn't see what happened. Think it started when the Eire Og lad who'd just been sent off struck someone but couldn't tell you what happened to anger the EO ones.

On an aside...Kelly who I think is ex-Clann Eireann did well in the 2nd half when he came on.
