the grange players that got sent off against the clans got their bans lifted and played against shane oneills at the weekend,Mardsen got a 3 month ban for his part in the incident which they are appealing, the grange players were judged not to be in the wrong in the incidents

Yes the ref got it wrong, not once, not twice but on three incidents???? May as well do away with red cards, there's that many of them overturned. It would be interesting to see the reasons for the overturns.

As a matter of interest, what would you suggest the punishment is for an elbow/Punch to the face? That is what Ethan Rafferty clearly done in front of the ref. So if this type of thing isn't red, what should it be?
If he clearly done it why has it been over turned?
Maybe the game should be replayed

That is what I can't understand, The ref sent him off for it as it happened clearly in front of him off the ball. Only the ref, the player that was floored and Ethan knew what happened. If it was the case that three were sent off wrongly, then you raise a fair point. Why if the county board now deem the Grange were wronged, was it not replayed. Makes no sense to me. I would like to see the team sheet versus Shanes, to confirm they were playing.
Having seen a clip of this, I can assure you that he clearly did not elbow/punch to the face as you say! Some play acting from your man led to the referee making an assumption! Hope this doesn't come back to cost the Grange later in championship.

I will take your word on that as I didn't see the incident, in that case it was the error of the ref. How have the other two then got off? The number 7 got a red (two yellows) first one he took out the clans lad in running and the second he body checked Campbell (Both yellows). The Mc kenna incident, he was already booked, he then pulled Campbell off his feet and got a black, so he couldn't be replaced. He then came back onto the field of play and squared up to Stefan and the whole melee began as a result of this(which could in itself have been another booking at the very least)
Can't comment on other issues as I was not at the game and haven't seen any footage of the above

I was assuming that was what the ref put in the report(showed him a straight red for) and this is what our player claimed. Also I may add that any ref who is found to have wrongfully sent off three players, by a county board isn't fit to ref the game. The county board should now also take action on this, including anything that has been alleged about Marsden.If you didn't see the incident then why say what you said

No, just a clip of Ethan's sending off.
Are you on the ccc then or why are you being shown clips of Ethan being sent off for striking
