Is that like the big mushroom house/circus tent in Connacht?

I hope the plans include a pitch with a reasonably sized stand that could facilitate club championship matches or even McKenna Cup games, like Owenbeg does. It would be a massive opportunity missed if that wasn’t the case.

It shows on the website a terrace between two pitches

Id say it's more for low attendance games

I see it shows a dome like the one in Mayo however it looks like it is housing 3 small pitches rather than a full size pitch. Impressive looking facility. From the architect's website it doesn't appear to show a field that could facilitate a large crowd and car parking seems limited also. That wouldn't be an issue in my opinion as the Athletic Grounds is one of the best stadiums in the country so we don't need another.
Well done Armagh, let's hope it is a success.

Clearly not envisaging the style of play to change any time soon, there's nobody up this side of the field at all, the goalkeeper could have 20 fags smoked by half time.
