I think we're going to have to do something like that.
As we need to get all teams picked by the first match (today at 4pm), we'll have to get moving.
We have 4 players still to pick, so I think if we don't get their numbers by 3pm, if @Ard Mhacha 13 agrees, you could submit the numbers for (in this order, as they signed up in the order below):

When all numbers have been submitted (and mine allocated as the last two remaining), we can see what teams everybody has before the tournament kicks off.
Don't mean to be disrespectful of the 4 remaining players, but we are working with a tight timeframe so I hope they'll understand the situation.

I'm hoping neither of my teams are playing today
I'd just like to say thank you to @PatMustard for running the sweepstake. Takes a bit of time to organise and stay on top of.
By way of thanks we're giving Pat a free months subscription to the forum and we'll also do the same for the winner. Second place will get two months and third three months so good luck to everyone.
It's understandable that some may be a little late getting the final notice as they may be working/at school etc. so maybe can I suggest letting the deadline run until 6pm, even though the first game will have begun by then? As no one is aware of the teams and allocation other than myself and PM it'll be an even bigger surprise. I'm unavailable after 6pm this evening so that would have to be my cut off point if that was going to be accepted. I cannot reveal the teams until after 11pm if it was any later.

Yeah, that's fine with me. I suppose it makes sense to give the remaining players until after normal working/school hours.

Ok we'll go with that and I'll try and be around from 5.50pm to reveal the teams at about 6pm.
If possible can @Ard Mhacha 13 have a draft of the 3 remaining picks ready to post at 6pm and as soon as Pat let's me know that they are ok I'll reveal the team list for everyone.

Ok. Sounds like a plan.
