Does Oisin O'Neill really warrant this much chat. It's Ross McQuillan all over again and the lads played no football this year.

Short answer is probably no. Don't get me wrong, Oisin has been lauded on this forum and has been touted as the new superstar etc...

There's no doubt he's a very good club footballer, but in reality, and when lads take off the rose tinted glasses, he's not the saviour of Armagh football. He's a second to his brother Rian. A fantastic footballer granted, but the calls to have him as a guaranteed first 15'er are way off the mark.

Very happy if I'm proved wrong all the same.

If we got Kildare it wouldn't be a bad game. I don't think Kildare learnt an awful lot against Antrim but we have learned a lot from Monaghan.

Laois would not be a bad game to have. I think we are more developed than them but they would still be capable of beating us.

Tyrone are all over the place at the moment. While that might be a good thing a game against armagh might give them that motivation they need and they are a team that will just click. If they did beat us then they would go on a run to. Out of all the teams we could play these are the ones I want to avoid

Westmeath is getting a bit boring now. I fear we might go into this with too much confidence based on having the upper hand over them for the last few meetings.

Clare I feel would give us a test and right a wrong from the league game.

Mayo are the team I want. I think they are the ones most likely to give us an open game of football but how we defend will determine the result.

Offaly would probably be the dream draw if we want to get to round 4 but I don't think we will learn anything - no disrespect to Offaly.

No point in the handy route to the super 8, there'll be no handy groups.
If we're not there on merit no point being there

I would have to disagree and say that i think Oisin is on par with his brother for quality. I have seen a suggestion that Oisin lacks pace which i would also have to disagree with. I have seen a lot of him and Rian over the last few years with Cross and Oisin is big, strong, pacey and an excellent footballer who can kick a point from anywhere. With the injuries now he is bound to be in the reckoning for next weekend.

On another point i have been Donaghys and Halls biggest critics on here but i must say they had awesome games on Saturday. Hold my hands up here.

Also look at the X factor players we have - Jarly Og, Rian, Jamie, Soupy. If we can sort our defense for bigger and better teams we definitely have the fire power to hurt teams.
