I echo what others have stated on here about the tension and the nerves, but yet I feel more than reasonably confident about the result. We are on the verge of being a very good team, and I expect that to start this coming Sunday. By the way, I'm delighted to hear that one of our more devoted fans has just been released from hospital, and so I hope when Willie shows up early and takes his box seat let's make sure to give him a standing "O"

All out attack is the name of the game, forget about all these defensive strategies, the Down full back line is suspect so put them under sustained pressure from the start, Armagh to win by three or four points.

Fair play to Rory, he is a good speaker as a teacher. Time to do the talking on the pitch though. Armagh have the capability to blow Down out of the water on Sunday, they need to bring a high tempo to the game from the start and run at them. Don't let off until the ref blows the full time whistle. How many times have we seen Armagh start brilliantly in games and then die off and let the opposition back in.

Stop talking - deliver!
No more excuses accepted- need a run in Ulster this year.
