Ulster Championship 2023

McCambridge was on him until mid second half. Morgan had a few instances of poor play aside from the fouls, thought it showed that he had been out for a while, particularly in possession. Thought Morgan should’ve been the sub either instead of mccambridge or mcparland. I also spotted that Mcguigan headlocked Morgan for that last free kick, and that’s also why Rian went charging in after. Morgan’s previous rough play went against him in that moment, everyone in the ground thought he had fouled again so didn’t question it. Then mcguigan bit Rian and stole 10 yards on the kick. Hateful shower, hopefully we’re the ones to stop them doing 3 in a row.
Yeah that’s what I thought too. His robust reputation lost him that free. When he actually did nothing wrong.

I thought Gough was a bit reluctant to see either side narrowly win this right at the death - either in added time of normal time or at the end of extra time.

That was my first Ulster final since 2008. Interesting to see the change in the music entertainment side of things. Q radio blasting out some stuff for the younger demographic (didn't go down too well with my 78 year old father), which actually drowned out the sound of the band. Odd mix of the traditional and new.

Does he bounce the ball twice, consecutively, as a lad on Reservoir Dubs said he did?
He absolutely does a double bounce. Never noticed it live but I watched it back to count the steps and couldn’t believe it. Fans fixating on the wrong thing.

I was looking right at live and never noticed. Fans have watched it back in slow motion and not noticed it but did notice an over carry that didn’t exist. But it will still be the refs fault for missing it through the crowd!

Just admit it was you! :D
Hahaha. I will admit I’ve been up and down on Geezer over the last couple of years funnily enough I was fully behind him in the years leading up to last year when others maybe weren’t.
Maybe these people could have chosen a better way to get their message across but to call them clowns or bandwagoners or not real fans is poor

Wish people would stop talking about Management changes half way through a season. It can be frustrating and that frustration can break out on here but he got the team to an Ulster Final. The league campaign was a horrible start to what was a pretty good season last year, now we have appeared in the ulster final where a fluke goal cost us and we eventually lost on penalties and there were some costly mistakes throughout the game.

We are at a point where we are losing important games by very fine margins - I didn't like some of the decisions that have been made by players in the Derry game. Too eager to shoot when we could have got closer to goals. It would be interesting to know if management are making decisions for them on the side line or if the players are making the decisions for themselves. If we can apply that steely determination we have at the end of games in all the games we play for 70 minutes would anyone be surprised if we progressed further than last year?

Agree with the 1st bit of your assessment & totally disagree with the 2nd, calling them "clowns & bandwagoners or not real fans" is being extremely kind.
If this was an adult who did this he/she (but I'd say far more likely he) needs to grow up & also work on their penmanship plus I can guarantee like many on here he wouldn't be brave enough to say boo to Geezer's face. if it was a younger person it doesn't say much for their upbringing. If this was meant to be funny it really missed the mark.
If someone thinks he's not the right person to manage Armagh they are indeed entitled to that opinion, but this stunt is just pathetic & a very sad reflection on the individual who did it, "no life" springs to mind.

Anyone doing that shite at this stage of the year especially when we’ve just got to our first Ulster final in 15 years and took so called all ireland contenders to penalties is nothing but a clown.

Even though I'm never keen on the Red & Black and their "superiority" complex, I was disgusted at the antics and disrespect shown to a massive gael within their county. I have my own opinions on him, but none personal. I believe everyone has a right to hold differing opinions and express them as long as it's in a non confrontational way, but these things are just sick and stupid. Crikey it's sport after all and yes we mostly take it seriously and spend lots of money to follow it, but it's a pastime. It's not life or death.

The pathetic attempt to be smartarsed/funny/bigballs/twisted/shitetalking..........add or delete as appropriate was a poor mans attempt at something similar to what happened in Newry. It didn't work there with a big budget and is just an embarrassment in this case.

Again time to move on and look forward to the hammering we're gonna get in the BIAG this weekend. Yep here we go again AND we go again!!
