Fermanagh going to stifle Armagh. Who would have guessed. And of course it is only 6 years since we went to Brewster and did crap.

IF and I stress IF we lost tomorrow would we expect a manager change before the group stages? What sort of win tomorrow will people need to back the manager?

What sort of sh*the is this
There really is an agenda by some people to attack this team and their management regardless of what they do.

Either support the team or follow some other county. It's as simple as that

The end of the season is when assessment is completed.

Im not convinced the management should have been ratified for this year but to suggest sacking a manager halfway through a season is madness imo. The people that dont back him will not be swayed by a win over fermanagh or down for that matter if we make the semi, those options will be formed from ulster final/ knockout games after the group stages. I hope my opinion at the end of last year is proved wrong by the way, like a lot of others just because i didn't think he was the man for the job does not mean i will not support the team 100% in every game this season

Would really like to see Rian around the middle third for a sustained period. He has the quality and steel that we are maybe missing here. It may also present an opportunity for him to play his way back into the form that reflects his ability.

Whilst he may not have the engine of a Glass, he has the capability to win kick outs, add a real scoring threat from midfield and has the vision to see a pass and execute it.

Last night's game was dire. I expected a bit more from Down if I am being honest. An Antrim team savaged with injuries this year and Down couldn't put the game to bed.

Let's be honest, we are on the weakest off weak sides of the draw here. I normally give opposition respect, but I just cant see any other result today than Armagh winning comfortably against a poor Fermanagh team and Down leave a lot to be desired. Be looking at 8 - 10 points on fermanagh today. Don't think it will be a contest at all if we go about our business properly and put full effort in from start to finish
