Armagh 2-15 Tyrone 1-15
Rian O’Neill was the star of the show as Armagh edged out All Ireland champions Tyrone 2-15 to 1-15 at O’Neill’s Healy Park.
Prompted by the excellent O’Neill, Armagh bagged a 14th minute goal courtesy of Jason Duffy.
Tyrone replied with a Conn Kilpatrick major, but Armagh still led 1-9 to 1-5 at half-time.
Rian O’Neill (Man of the Match) was instrumental releasing Rory Grugan clear to net a 51st minute goal which proved to be the decisive score.
Armagh will now face Monaghan at the Athletic Grounds in the semi final on Tuesday 18th January 2022, at 7.45pm.
