Yep. There was a good crowd in Enniskillen last week and they were entertained by a reasonable game. Very physical and quick I thought. Not massive amounts of tactics although there were periods of 98 men behind the ball. Was speaking to a lady yesterday that was at the "other game" with them'uns, her son plays for Monaghan and she reckons it could be a good game with her son knowing quite a few of the Armagh lads and he says the Ulster winner should come from this game. She's originally an Armagh woman so is a bit biased, but they think Armagh could just do it. I wish speculation was always right when it comes to our fortunes. We sure could use some real positive energy in the county at the minute and an Ulster final at any level would be welcome.

Excellent!

Yeah I saw that on Facebook earlier although we shouldn't speak of that place as @PatMustard is much too young to go there with his parents and grandparents being on FB. He prefers the much trendier Snapchat and Instagram. Not sure if that information is available there so this will help him keep up.

On a serious note, I believe it was a great game and Caroline O'Hanlon is at her very best form again. Great for the girls and hopefully they will get a good support for the final.

Brilliant support in inniskeen yesterday evening for the girls which is great to see. They put in just as much effort as the men but get little to nothing back in return.

Caroline is an absolute machine, she’s a leader and a great role model for the young girls coming up the ranks. She was at the club practicing her frees on Friday night, flew over to England early Saturday morning for a netball game, played the full game flew back home late Saturday night and was back on cruppen pitch yesterday morning practicing her frees again and i’ve no doubt after such a busy weekend she’ll still line out tonight for her club in a challenge game. A few of the county men should take a leaf out of her book.

That's fab to hear/read. I particularly like your last line "A few of the county men should take a leaf out of her book". They seem more interested in getting new kit these days which probably makes it's way to eBay anyway, than actually performing - ok that's maybe a little unfair as it is well reported that they do commit a lot for training etc. It's just when it get's to the game field a problem occurs.

Anyway, back on track, looking forward to Friday evening and re-engaging the rivalry with our friends in white and red. Should be an interesting tussle although I believe they are favourites again this year. Fermanagh showed yesterday that the favourite tag means noting when you believe you are good enough and just don't know when to stop.

Hopefully the lads get a good crowd tonight, it is on our own doorstep and the weather is superb. Bring your grannies, pets , neighbours etc and help cheer the team to an Ulster final. As a county we could do with a lift!!

Good luck to the management & squad for tonight's match, really hoping they get the week-end off to the best possible start.
