With the championships kicking off this week what are everyone's thoughts? Keady won armagh league handy enough and cuchullians ran away with antrim div 3. 1 of the 2nds teams always threatens to go all the way in junior, will we see it this year?

Killeavy and sean treaceys the strongest at junior level this year would be a good tight final and think keady have enough to beat middletown this year

Sean Treacey's should not be allowed to yoyo between junior and senior and even stay at junior when they win it. Where is the fairness of that?

I think theres a big difference in quality in the 2 championships, craobh rua won 2 juniors in a row and have had thier fair share of heavy losses since they went up, i think that shows just how big the gap is. Hopefully the junior teams can lift thier standards of the next few years to try and close that gap. Definitely need an intermediate championship but unfortunately theres just not enough teams.

could put Derrynoose in that same bracket but they don't seem to want to go down. Ever since they won the junior in 2017/18 (not sure) they have played senior and not won a game yet.

Big result for keady in the senior Tuesday. Cuchullians not convincing against derrynoose.
And treacys and cuchullians 2nds the pace setters at junior.

The round robin is a farce. Until it is changed back to knockout keady and middletown will play the final every year.

Is it not more of a farce that the rest of the clubs cant compete. Its up to the other armagh clubs to raise their standards.

Sean treacys look well in control of junior after last nights result. See keady 2nds conceded to st mals, do they not have the numbers?

These games are just formalities..Sean Treacys too strong for junior but afraid to play senior, Keady will walk senior, Middletown's dominance is over. I don't think the round robin hurling championship has been a success at all.

What has been unsuccessful about it?
Dean gaffney back in the Middletown fold i hear, this should be a welcome boost for them.

too much for the clubs that have dual players which is actually the majority of them. Hopefully the football goes back to straight knockout.

Derrynoose and cuchullians both ran keady and Middletown a lot closer than the scoreline suggests in either at the weekend, final may not be too straightforward for keady in 2 weeks time.

Derrynoose should have won
Definitely had themselves in a great position to win. Probably a lack of experience and big game management let them down. I remember something similar happening when they played Middletown a few years ago in the championship.

Cuchulainns and Middletown was a very uneventful game. Seemed to be more stop start than the Keady Noose game. Makes the final extremely hard to call at this point.

What are the views on Sundays games? Will we be able to view on armagh tv if we cant get to the athletic grounds?

Keady should win but Middletown won't give up the championship without a fight. I think Middletown going for 4 or 5 in a row? Yes will be on Armagh TV
