Well lads what yis think of the motions passed at Convention? The county underage managers will be happy anyway with the age groups passed - which was their main agenda all year. Feck the clubs eh! County is where it’s at!

I would seriously worry about the small club with the new age groups. Lads will drop out after 17. Most 19 year olds are playing with their seniors at intermediate & junior.

Minors should be linked to school age. Most go on to A levels, and they should fit minor for that age/year.

All clubs Joe would have had up to 3 voting delegates that should have been mandated by the club on which way to vote on behalf of the club as far as I remember - din't go last two years as I'd a manicure booked.

That said, most club conversations would have went along the lines - "aye so you can go then! Voting? Ah sure just whatever you think or whatever seems popular. Just wait until some of the other 'usual suspects" stick their paw up and do whatever they do! They'll only argue with ye anyway. Slabbers so they are! All the bleeding same!"

Under 19/20 grade hasn't been finalised. Will be agreed at 1st County Board Meeting in the New Year. Surely Club discuss such topics with their underage mentors?
