Are there any good local bookshops within the county? (I’m not giving any money to those Amazon gangsters).

Any good GAA books you’ve read lately and would recommend?

Got Brian Carthy's book - All Ireland Football Finals 1995 to 2019, as a gift back in October. I'm not much of a reader normally, but really enjoyed it. Mind you I also have his book on 2002 as well somewhere that we picked up for something like £2 in a second hand shop.

We also have "Pocket Book of the GAA" here as well. Never read it though and the Davy Fitz book that I don't even remember the name of. My wife thinks I like GAA stuff .

Davey is a character. I’d say that’s a good read.

Jim McGuinness’s book was decent. Read Paidi’s book a while back too. It was good, but every third word was ‘yerra’. I’ve still no idea what that means
