Justy Kiernan came on in the final also. He was only 17 at the time. Ben Crealey was a year too old for that group. Great side. Great return for who’s pushed on for our seniors now
Think you’re right. Would Crealey have been the same year as Jarly Og and Oisin O’Neill then?

Yeah if you think of those 2 teams just a year apart would make up the majority of our team/squad think Higgins was on the team with jarly og and oisin oneill

Mcgeeney being with Armagh 10 years and McGuinness just in with Donegal it will be interesting to compare the progress made with their teams this year

Anyone else spot the cynical tactics of Donegal last week. Every time Armagh looked to break quickly the player in possession was fouled and stopped from playing the ball thus allowing Donegal to re-group. I know it's an old one but it was very obviously a tactic and became even more apparent when the game was long over as a contest. Don't think Jimmy is going to bring any joy to our game. He has already tried his best to ruin it, looks like he's not finished yet.

Is any team with a brain cell not trying to do that?

I would like to see us do it more
Sorry, to me that is just cheating and spoiling the game. I know all teams do it to an extent and I can understand circumstances where you may feel the need to pull someone down or slow the game but where does it stop. I'd rather be beaten than win by cheating, surely watching the diving midgets have taught us that over the years.

Also the fact that more than any team Armagh would called out for "dirty tactics/play", whilst most other teams won't be called out for it at all.

Although every team likes to commit fouls in the middle Armagh will be punished for such tactics. Best thing for us to do is negate the fouling and punish teams that try it
