McConville very deep & carrying a lot of ball. He’s a scoring threat but not playing up front.
Yeah I agree but he has got 2 interceptions and is linking things up, think Higgins moving to full back has worked a treat so far, he has been excellent, oisin O'Neil is a big bossy for our team

1 point win but that goal at the end was so bad by the goalie and ohanlon, similar to the goal against glen except no fog to blame

Very lucky in the end. That goal for Tryone at the last was messy as hell. Easily could been avoid. Thought Oisin O'Neil was outstanding. He will be a massive player for us. If he can keep fit.

Have we qualified?

Decent performance from the lads out and always good to get a win v Tyrone. Thought Shea Magill did well overall 3 great saves that I counted although that goal at the end showed what we’re missing from Ethan. Not sure if we’ve qualified tho

I thought we performed well enough, good to get mins in players legs who have been injured, I think a few of those lads will push for starts in the league and I'd be happy to see Higgins and oisin as regular starters, Callum O'Neill, and Peter mcgrane impressed me and think McCormack played well also, alot more positives than negatives anyways, think shields got on alot of ball as did mcconville

Seems like we’re through as the best runner up. Conaty would’ve done well to take that tap over point at the death, leaving the whole thing in no doubt. But you’d forgive him for wanting to stick the knife in themmuns.

Decent showing overall. Loads of mistakes, but a lot of good stuff too. Brilliant to see Oisin O’Neill back, he had a huge influence and still has loads of room for improvement. Niall Grimley did some good work too, but maybe needs a bit more football in the legs. Shields busy as well, but rusty. All those lads will have a role for us this year.

Mixed showing from some boys like Sheridan and Rowland, but very encouraging to see both pop up with excellent scores near the end to see us over the line. That’s the sort of confidence and courage you want to see. McGrane not shy getting up the pitch either, took his scores well.

Mistake on the second goal was a shame, as Magill had previously pulled off some superb stops. He’s a lad the probably needs more football at this level, which he may get over the next couple of months.

Shocked to see McKernan get the line - he’s usually such sporting player!
