Wrong thread. There's one for hearsay and stories true and made up.Ciaran O'Hanlon off to the land of Oz too and will be a miss for next year
Apologies Admin, I thought it was relevant to this thread with him missing next years campaignWrong thread. There's one for hearsay and stories true and made up.
Oh it is, but we'll try and keep those to a thread for it. Better in one place than maybe across several different ones. No reason not to when it's relevant though.Apologies Admin, I thought it was relevant to this thread with him missing next years campaign
I'd have thought more than likely 3 home and 4 away. We been lucky enough last few years to get 4 home, but Offaly and Longford are fine for an overnight. If the was another I'd take Wexford. Enjoyed the last weekend there apparently.teams in division 3 next year
Armagh
Fermanagh
Derry
Westmeath
Wexford
Offaly
Longford
Sligo
based on games over the last couple of years probably be playing derry, fermanagh, offaly away longford, sligo, wexford, westmeath at home
What about us tee totalers??I'd have thought more than likely 3 home and 4 away. We been lucky enough last few years to get 4 home, but Offaly and Longford are fine for an overnight. If the was another I'd take Wexford. Enjoyed the last weekend there apparently.
Just to mix it up, it's likely to be Derry at home and another away trip to Mullingar just so we can revitalise the local economy. Really should all bring carry outs though!!

McKenna Harps,O'Neill St Paul's,the two O'Neills Crossmaglen,Morgan i think his name is full forward Dromintee,Lappin MagheryAnyone any potential new members to the squad they can think of for 2018? From intermediate a this year I would like to see Shane mcpartland clans, James Donnelly killevey again, jarly og and Pete carragher (again) from bridge given a chance. Niall mcpartland st pauls is also decent but not sure of age profile. Mark mccabe from shanes is also a handy forward. Not sure if all these lads are county standard but they have all had a good 2017.
September 2nd for all Ireland final i read today due to popes visitRumour doing the rounds today (prefer rumours to the truth as it's easier to talk about) is that the NFL will begin this year either the weekend of January 27th/28th or February 3rd/4th with no long break in between like in previous years and the finals are penciled for weekend of March 31st/April 1st. This seems to be to allow an earlier start to championship as the AI Football Final is penciled for 26th August. That's subject to change though with the possible visit of Pope Francis and Mass in Croke Park on that date. Probably be confirmed around February.
Anyone else hearing anything else or similar even?
Anybody seen the league fixtures yet?
