If the remaining five numbers are still not chosen, we’ll have to devise a solution for allocating them to five current players.

Right, so...
It doesn’t look like we’re going to get any more takers. As more matches are being played today, it’s only fair we unveil the teams as soon as possible, so the players can enjoy the craic throughout the rest of the tournament.
I think probably the best and quickest way to have the remaining five teams allocated, is just to throw open the floor to the first five players who show up and pick one of the remaining numbers.
I know it’s not ideal, but we have to get the show on the road.
So, here we go. The first five players (current, I’d imagine) to pick one of these numbers will get an extra team:
2 - 9 - 10 - 11 - 20
