Not allowed afaik. I think Cullyhanna II reached a junior final about ten years ago. Anyone know when the last time a seconds team won it? (Cross presumably)what is the craic with seconds teams playing in ulster? I know ladies allows it now. Personally I don't think it is fair for seconds teams to be in championship at all. League ok, not championship

Think this rule was changed around the same time as the rules were changed prohibiting Universities playing in the club championships. That used to be some craic, an inter county level team of students rolling out in the club championship! Mind we played UCC (or UCK as they were known that year!) and they had 8-9 inter county players from Cork, Kerry, Limerick and Tipp I think it was. Serious team and was unfair how it worked2nds teams cannot represent their counties in provincial competition, the beaten finalists would go onto ulster if a 2nds team was to win junior
Wasnt an official ulster comp back then. I think a team in monaghan run the "ulster club" back then in junior could be wrong tho2nds teams cannot represent their counties in provincial competition, the beaten finalists would go onto ulster if a 2nds team was to win junior
Cross seconds were beat in a final 2 or 3 years ago. (Won the league the same year I think)Not allowed afaik. I think Cullyhanna II reached a junior final about ten years ago. Anyone know when the last time a seconds team won it? (Cross presumably)
What about the hurling clubs still involved? They have competitive games every week as it is.I see county board have released fixtures for the u21 championship. I think there will be a few clubs not very happy to have competitive fixtures the weekend of junior semi finals and the week before senior and intermediate semis.
You mean the CCCI see county board have released fixtures for the u21 championship. I think there will be a few clubs not very happy to have competitive fixtures the weekend of junior semi finals and the week before senior and intermediate semis.

The sound is always low when someone is singing the national anthem & when one of the commentators is speakingIs it me or is Armagh TV commentary poor?! You’d swear you were in the pub listening to one of the lads talking to somebody who wasn’t listening. Maybe there was something wrong with the mic’s in the Cullyhanna Derrynoose game.
