A real chance for Clann Éireann to reach a junior final however you’d imagine whoever comes out from the other semi would be strong favourites.

what is the craic with seconds teams playing in ulster? I know ladies allows it now. Personally I don't think it is fair for seconds teams to be in championship at all. League ok, not championship

Not allowed afaik. I think Cullyhanna II reached a junior final about ten years ago. Anyone know when the last time a seconds team won it? (Cross presumably)

2nds teams cannot represent their counties in provincial competition, the beaten finalists would go onto ulster if a 2nds team was to win junior

Think this rule was changed around the same time as the rules were changed prohibiting Universities playing in the club championships. That used to be some craic, an inter county level team of students rolling out in the club championship! Mind we played UCC (or UCK as they were known that year!) and they had 8-9 inter county players from Cork, Kerry, Limerick and Tipp I think it was. Serious team and was unfair how it worked

I see county board have released fixtures for the u21 championship. I think there will be a few clubs not very happy to have competitive fixtures the weekend of junior semi finals and the week before senior and intermediate semis.

What about the hurling clubs still involved? They have competitive games every week as it is.

Impressed with mcparlan and O'Neill at clans, rice at killeavy, Murphy at silverbridge seems to be shooting the lights out, think jack grugan played well the game I seen him, cross and clann eireann have a number of players looking good,

At intermediate conaty is on fire, and McNally at derrynoose playing well,

For me I'd still have cross ahead with clan eireann close, but I think clan na Gael and killeavy are closer than I previously thought,

Intermediate again for me cullyhanna ahead of the rest but keady and tir na og are going well which is good to see

Junior I am glad to see corrinshigo going good I think clan eireann seconds will win though,

A shout out to that sideline eye some content being put out and great to see

You mean the CCC
And did clubs automatically enter the competition or did they put their name forward knowing the dates?
Just asking

Is it me or is Armagh TV commentary poor?! You’d swear you were in the pub listening to one of the lads talking to somebody who wasn’t listening. Maybe there was something wrong with the mic’s in the Cullyhanna Derrynoose game.

The sound is always low when someone is singing the national anthem & when one of the commentators is speaking
