Yes CE will play Intermediate B in 2024. Ballyhegan now lose out on promotion and will play Junior A football in 2024. Ballyhegan will now continue and represent Armagh in Ulster despite losing tonight.
On the game CE just played really well all over the pitch and scoreline was a fair representation on the overall game IMO.

I’d be surprised if Ballyhegan will want another game, personally I wouldn’t play in Ulster if I didn’t win my own county championship, when a seconds team wins, Armagh representative should give a bye to the opponent.

How many chances has Ballyhegan had to represent the county? This could be a once in a generation thing. Yes, they lost the county final, but a great opportunity to give their players and fans a taste of Ulster football, and put the club on the map.

Who knows where it might end up.
