I’d be surprised if Ballyhegan will want another game, personally I wouldn’t play in Ulster if I didn’t win my own county championship, when a seconds team wins, Armagh representative should give a bye to the opponent.
Unlike you to say something like that as it's a bit of a nonsense post really. A county could lose a provincial title and still win an All Ireland. I doubt you'd have wanted Armagh to withdraw from the competition after the defeat to Derry this year. Mind you some might have!!!!

Some very defensive and low scoring games across alot of counties, I think errigal Ciaran will beat cross (should they win the final). I think cross have better players but think they are not set up great. They have done a bit of an Armagh went from too open to super defensive

I disagree that Crossmaglen have the better players but I do agree that Errigal Ciaran will win over them if both make it out of their counties

Rian O'Neill, Oisin O'Neill, Jamie Clarke, Cian McConville, Callum Comiskey, Aaron Kernan (James Morgan if fit) v the two Canavans and Peter Harte?

Of course Cross have the better contingent, but I agree with Wide Ball, there set up doesn't get the best out of them and defensively, they struggle at times.

lads, the term counting your chicks before they hatch comes to mind here. Crossmaglen still need to beat Clan Na Gael and if memory serves me well they drew earlier in the championship? Clans will have no fear going into sunday.

Sure Clans are celebrating before the ball is even thrown in ;)

That's a night of Champions, we are fortunate to have quite a few members with county and Ulster titles in our club. All part of the build up to the big event which BCB has already conceeded.

Its a free hit for the Clans as this current Cross team have been there or thereabouts for the last 6 years, Clans are only the latest challenger in a long list. We do bring tradition, a fantastic blend of youth who fear nobody and lads that have been playing for a decade and more. Our lads will certainly be going into the game with confidence and who knows what can happen on the day, after all CE had them beaten before a ball was thrown in as did Killeavey etc. They have passed test after test and they will see this as their latest challenge only, they won't be using the group game as a template but as a marker both teams came away with a draw and we were certainly not outclassed in that game.

It's a great time for a club and honour to be in the county final, that momentum especially to a group that haven't been there can in some cases be a 16th man. The club has left no stone unturned to try and give the lads as big a lift as possible. It's been a great year for Clan Na Gael throughout all codes and it really is a wonderful thing. I will struggle myself to get the week in but there is a lot happening so will hopefully be distracted.

Add Cormac Quinn, Aidan McRory, Ben McDonnell, Joe Oguz and Tommy Canavan to that list also.

And more could be added to the Cross list, but I kept it to established past and present county players. BTW I do think Errigal Ciaran would beat either Cross or Clans - just don't agree with the statement that EC have better players.

Also include Paul Hughes who was county as well, and then young players like Finnegan and Fitzpatrick, they've should be blowing most Ulster teams away imo.

If we beat CnG we will be happy at this stage! Christ wild presumptuous that we will get to Ulster. As win said above they have a free hit in the final so they’ve nothing to lose. You simply never know what happens in a final and the right/wrong weather, reffing display, bounce of the ball etc and who knows.

Thought you’s had that end of thing sorted?? ;)
