Brilliant win. That other team could have won well if they could shoot but the lads won’t care. Enjoy the celebrations men, as Duffy said it is what you dream of growing up.

A proud father in this clip, brilliant moment captured, would bring a tear to the eye!! Congratulations Cullyhanna! What an achievement, delighted for them and especially the lads who play county after plenty heartache the last few years, fantastic lift for them all! https://x.com/officialgaa/status/1746591150134170045?s=46&t=-5YwGJpl2PQVLfn5eO-CFA
special is exactly what I was going to say. Hard to put into words what today will mean for the community. Well done lads.

Cullyhanna were by far the better team. Much more composed in possession and controlled the game bar a 10-15 minute period in the second half. Cill Na Martra’s shot selection was terrible. Cullyhanna could’ve pushed on if they wanted to, but in the end their game plan was successful.

Think it is a bit unfair on Cullyhanna saying if Cill Na Martra scored... Etc. Cullyhanna were doing the minimum of what they needed to do. I do think they could have upped the intensity if needed

As the only Cullyhanna person in the world not currently drunk I feel it is my duty to thank everyone here for their good wishes. The good will from all the clubs in the county (including Cross lol) has been incredible. Our larger, more successful neighbours were actually amazing and were on hand to offer what ever they could to help with advice on how to handle the big day. I met a lot of people at the game from other clubs and all were wearing a Cullyhanna headband. It may not seem like much but it really means a lot.
We had club members travel from England, America, Australia and one big guy and his son from Barcelona. It was great to see them all in the hotel beforehand and in the stadium. A very strange feeling looking around Croke Park and being surrounded by your club mates and friends.
The game itself will not be remembered for it's quality but we don't care, we have the boy with the lugs, although in this case just one lug. I thought the players and management did themselves proud with how they played and conducted themselves. No cynical shite just honest hard football.
To Stephen, Pearse and all involved, congratulations, you have restored the pride to a once very proud area, we will never forget these days. UTP.

Fantastic feeling being in Croke Park and being part of a success like this. Performances mean nothing so long as the Cup is sitting in the club. The AI wasn’t won yesterday, it was won over the with increasingly strong, composed performances, with lots of players stepping up at different times. Huge day for the parish and youse all have so much to be proud of.

See ye in the senior final….

Congratulations on a great victory.

In our general area there were club tops from Middletown, Silverbridge, Belleek, Mullaghban, Tullysaran, Grange, Port Mor, Granemore, Cross, Armagh Harps and I'm sure many more, all cheering on St Pats. It was fantastic to see all the county get behind you and it was wonderful to hear the boys from the county Arnagh played over the speakers in HQ once again.

Enjoy the celebrations!

I agree with this cullyhanna didn't let them into good scoring areas and most shots where from further out or at hard angles, cullyhanna got it spot on, they have the forwards to blow teams away but might of got caught If
they played too attacking, feel what they done is exactly the tactic crossmaglen tried to implement at senior level although at senior level the scoring zone is larger, I'm delighted for cullyhanna alot of those lads have had heartache in senior finals so glad to see them get across the line

Amazing result for Cullyhanna, congrats! That's a great feel good factor to be bringing back into Armagh football at the start of the season. The three county lads will be in top form coming back onto the panel. I thought Gavin Duffy looked good and was the type of tigerish corner back we could do with on the county team. Not sure if he's played underage football before and county football is obviously a step up from intermediate club football, but I thought he looked very good. As did Micky Murray. Quality player. Shame we never saw much more out of him at county level. Congrats again, you did the county proud!
