My optimistic side thinks we are going to pull off a defensive performance we have all been screaming for all this time and win the game.

My pessimistic side thinks we are going to show the same shortcomings that we have over and over again and blow it and Donegal running riot with a score of +7.

If the first half is a nice free flowing game of football we should still be in the game for the second half. In the second half play for 5/10 minutes but then set up defensively or at least control the tempo (tbh we should aim to do this for a while even if it means passing the ball around for a bit). Watching Roscommon we run out of steam towards the end of games, at least if we control the tempo we should still have the energy in the last quarter and stay in the game. Keep our heads, no losing the rag because things aren't going our way because it will more than likely end with us at a disadvantage.

Snigger smile smile. Who says Friday 13th is unlucky. St. Dom and St. Mick in one day. Maybe there is a god after all.......................nah that's a step too far! Hopefully now them'uns can get back to playing football and actually be something to admire. Just as long as they keep losing it'll do
