I’m no hurling expert by any stretch but I do keep an eye on results and can’t help noticing Armagh are winless in their Division 3A campaign. We have just succumbed to a defeat away to Cavan, a county who IIRC didn't field at senior level up until fairly recently.
The team remain bottom of Division 3A with relegation looking ominous. Once upon a time not that long ago, Armagh hurling was below only Antrim, Derry and Down - we look to have slipped badly down the pecking order. Is there any particular reason for the downward trajectory?
