11 players so far.

At this rate, I doubt we’ll reach 32 players, so it’s probably looking like 16 players with two teams each.

But, sure we’ll give it a few more days and see how things pan out.

It’s just over two weeks until the tournament starts, and we’ll have to get moving soon on picking teams.

Given that it doesn’t look likely we’ll get the required 32 players, I think we’ll have to aim for 16.

That means there are FOUR MORE PLACES left.

So, the first four members to put their names down will be included in the competition. Then we’ll go ahead at that.

So.....

Four places still up for grabs. Who wants them?

I'm hearing today that in Quarters, the place that the teams play the groundball gold cup league thingy finals that you're conning us into being part of, they don't allow homo sapiens. Because of that I'm gonna withdraw quickly!

Anyway, you can’t leave. Because, like that place... Club Tropicana, once you check in, you can’t leave.

Now, sit down there and have a drink. They’re free after all.

OK folks, we have our 16 players so we’re nearly ready to go.

I’m just realising, I don’t think I gave @Admin1 a heads up on things. Usually I do a random list and send it to him (I think it’s a him anyway) for safekeeping. So hopefully he’s alright with that again.

I’m sure most of you know how our Sweepstakes usually work. When the list is made and gave to @Admin1 for safekeeping, and the competition declared opened, it becomes a free for all. Get in there as quick as you can with your two numbers. Once all 32 numbers have been chosen, the list will be revealed.

Now, because we already have our allocated 16 players, the competition is only open to those 16. These 16 players are:
