PP usually never too far away with the time/date predictions
Nah, Kerry Tyrone would be considered the big match, so that’ll be second match on Sat. Dublin Mayo second match on Sun, as they’ll bring big numbers. Cork (in particular) and Derry won’t.

I’d imagine we’ll be first on Sat, with Derry Cork first on Sun.

That's what Larry McCarthy was saying so that means we can get everyone bar Tyrone if we win.

That's as good a draw as we could have wanted. Cork and Monaghan on paper are the weakest teams left, but still have a lot of quality. We have to win this one. We won't get a better chance to make an All Ireland semi-final. Monaghan are an ageing team, who had a heavy match against Kildare and the week before against Donegal. We've had a week off, will have Rian O'Neill back (and hopefully James Morgan, a few others and maybe Oisin O'Neill) and will be fresh and ready to go. We know Monaghan are dogged and drag you down to their level and have some class players in Karl O'Connell, Conor McCarthy, Jack McCarron and Conor McManus. But we've also seen that some of these players are on the wane and can go missing in games. Discipline will be absolutely key. No stupid macho stuff. No complacency. Just get the job done.
But surely they'll avoid provincial final repeat pairings? So we can't play Derry?

Be interesting to see what game they put with us..... Remember the traffic jams in 2017 when those 3 counties all went the same road!

think you have it right

Happy enough with the draw, didn't want Mayo. It's the quarter finals and there are no 'easy' matches at this stage. It's the performance on match day that will count. Discipline will be crucial. Maybe practice some penalties in training. :)

Kildare should/could have beaten Monaghan, they missed multiple chances. Ref made some 'strange' decisions, for both sides.

C'mon ARMAGH!

Not the most attractive draw for us, but certainly a good draw (avoiding Mayo). I would have preferred to get Cork but playing Monaghan in Croker gives us a great chance to get to a semi final. They have had a tough game this weekend whilst we had a free weekend, they are an ageing team and Croke Park is a big pitch where fitness and runners are crucial. In truth, if we cannot beat Monaghan then we don't deserve to be in an AI semifinal.
But I am confident that we will !

Aye, the amount of cars coming through Markethill that night was serious. Three counties waiting for chips. Queue must have been a mile and a half long!
