Aimee was class again but the strongest team won on the day. The girls have been a credit - I hope they stay together for another big push next year.

And the Camogs beat Limerick to reach the All Ireland Semi-final. Our ladies are certainly showing the lads the way to be successful.

Brilliant game in many ways. Both sets of forwards seemed to be capable of scoring each time they got possession inside the opposition 45. But a sleazy surface and some interesting refereeing brought some chaos to the game from just before halftime until the end. Both teams had yellow cards dished out, but Armagh had to play short for the first 20 minutes of the second half...some of that time being down two players. Donegal were able to come from nine points down during this time to tie it up with about ten to play. At that point the Armagh women showed enormous energy and courage to press all over the field and get some turnovers and move in front by three, and managed to hold on in a frenetic finish,
Every woman played her heart out, and individually and collectively they are a tribute to our people and our county. Are Mhacha Abu!
