Would love to see our forward line work there way around the field like Donegal. Or it might be my imagination thinking Donegal forwards are going non stop

Agreed, Aidan Forker used to be like that and has changed in the past few years making him one of our best players. Good discipline makes the difference in gbeing a good and great player!

That 2/1 on Donegal today was great. The 3/1 on Ulster looks good (hopefully wrong). The second best team in the country I think. I'd fancy them to beat Kerry.

I also fancy Armagh to beat Cavan.

Also Donegal knew how and where to keep ball running down the clock

Pretty poor by McCann there , looks like a serious Achilles injury which you wouldn’t wish on anyone he could be missing the rest of the championship anyway but they need to review that incident gouging is the lowest of the low .

Thinking about tomorrow and recalling our USFC SF Replay in 2014 v Monaghan. That day te Farney had learnt more from the first day than us and it was a telling factor. Hope we hae taken learning from that experience tomorrow. I agree with earlier posts that we have a powerful forward line if we can maximise their potential. I know he has been off form of late but the cunning of Rory Grugan our captain could be atelling factor tomorrow, we should all get behind him and his coleagues and make Clones the orange cauldron of years past. Safe travels tomorrow. Ard Mhacha abú!

I didn’t know Kerry were playing in Ulster ;)

Good performance from Donegal though. Michael Murphy is great to watch. Jamie Brennan likewise.

Tyrone weren’t at the races at all.

Monaghan were a very experienced outfit at the time. We didn't have as many threats in the team either. We now have the resemblance of a formidable backbone and I think McKay is going to strengthen the defence.

Morgan/Forker and at some point Vernon MUST remain calm. Anything happens to them is going to put the others who are inexperienced in comparison under pressure they do not need.

Best of luck to all travelling tomorrow. Don't agree that we should be despondent after ending up with a draw last week. The chance that Mackey missed at the end was much easier than the two pearlers that he put over.
Would love to have a crack at Donegal in the final.
Will also throw this in even though it belongs in the Build your Post Count section. If Jarly Og accidentally dropped a lit match on Paddy, the headline would be 'Burns burns Burns'

Tiernan McCann should not get a 2 match ban. He shouldn't be allowed to play again in the championship this year.

If an Armagh player done that I'd be ashamed.

We'll win tomorrow. Rian O'Neill to hit 6 points (he was up late last week watching Liverpool winning the CL and only managed 4 points), Jamie to pull the strings, Forker to have another MOTM performance and Nugent to score our only goal.

FT Armagh 1-16 Cavan 0-14.

Report to follow.
