Wishing the best of luck to our management team & squad for tonight's match. Everything clicked for us last week & I'm really hoping everything clicks for us again tonight. It would really be something special to be heading home from Castlebar with a win :)

Safe travels to all of our supporters making the journey, I hope I hear each & every one of you in MacHale Park tonight.

Are management obliged to announce the team?

I like that they have not announced it yet. Wouldn't say it is mind games by McGeeney but the Mayo team wasn't exactly clear cut - other than it looks like they are trying to cut off our supply

I can't wait to be honest. Even for the throw in between big O'Shea and jarly burns.

Going full of expectation. Time to deliver. I think O'Neill and Clarke will flourish and expect Jamie to find the back of the net.

Good luck to management, players and all involved

You could say it’s mind games, whether a team is named or is not named.

I just think this team naming thing is a load of dung.

Unfortunately work commitments are stopping me from getting to this one. We have a great chance to take a big scalp tonight. I think that I read in the Irish Times yesterday that a win tonight could be a turning point for this team, that takes them to the next level. The confidence that would give the team going forward could see us well on the way to getting back to the main table again. We have the fire power to cause them real problems. Defensively, I think that the full back line is made up of some brilliant players in Barrett, Harrison and Higgins, but you wouldn't have them all down as out and out defenders. They are tight man markers, but they don't have that towering figure to hold the whole thing together. I think we can exploit this. Our forwards will be seeing a step up tonight in the players they are up against and will have to perform.

The half back line with Paddy Durcan and Lee Keegan will be key. I expect Keegan to pick up Burns, which will be a real challenge for the young man. Keegan has come up against the best players in Ireland and regularly out performs them. He has shut down Bernard Brogan in the past. He took Caolan Mooney out of the game last week by all accounts and I expect that Mayo will use his athleticism to go up against Burns.

As much as I want to win, I think the performance is equally as important tonight. Mayo are favourites, are at home, have the big game experience and conditioning to be the favourites. But if we can stay in the game anything can happen and if we show that we can compete at that level, like against Cavan and Monaghan, then the team should take a lot of confidence from that going forward, no matter what happens.

The butterflies for this game have come on big time. I don't think we will win but can see a similar scenario against Roscommon last year. We just don't have the same experience as Mayo and I think that will be the telling difference

Given the recently departed Willie was a former underage footballer, a minutes silence before the anthem would be an appropriate gesture tonight

Just watching our noisy neighbours here they are well in control against Kildare

Kildare seem to be building up their game where Tyrone are going all out.

Tyrone are working through the Kildare defence without much resistance.

Contender for biggest load of BS I’ve seen this year, Jamie has shown unreal work rate on every match this year, constantly working in attack and defence. Looking forward to him showing his quality tomorrow to silence these doubters

Whoever wrote that clearly didn’t watch the Cavan replay. Clarke was the best player on the field, and his work rate was unreal
