Bate me to it!!

Have to say though, I'm not sure we would have been even close tonight to Donegal. Their strength looks good. Maybe this as arrogant, but I believe we'd have given Tyrone a game out there even if they were playing at home!
we are where we are,all the ulster teams that are above us in the leagues are better than us that includes down

Hmmmm, not so sure RB. I'm not getting ahead of myself, but I'd doubt Down would give us much trouble at the minute, we did beat them easily enough recently. Maybe not a great yardstick, but we were both at the same point in our season's at that time.

We've still Derry and Fermanagh to come in the next few weeks and I'm looking forward to those games. Doesn't mean we won't fall or stumble, but we've a steel at the minute that these lads are showing which I think they took from their run last year even with a few good men missing since then.

Like I said, looking at that game last night, Donegal were impressive, Tyrone less so. They got defensive (even if st mick had a pop at the media for saying it after the game) to the point where it was horrible watching Donegal moving sideways looking for a way to break through. But patience, good movement and a few good long range shots paid off. The later being where we fall down at the minute with the exception of Ethan.

Monaghan aren't the force they have been for the last few years either and Cavan I would have no concerns about either, so to be honest, only really Donegal and Monaghan (because I haven't seen what they have to offer this year yet) would give me any concerns if we had to play them. That all aside, we've 4 games left in the current league stages and hopefully a final to look forward to, then the attention turns to championship. One game at a time sir, one game at a time. Even Man City do it that way apparently!

I see Mickey Harte not too pleased at his tactics being questioned by Mark Sidebottom ,he will probably boycott them now.

Just seen video.

It was a genuine question from Sidey re: Dublin match. Harte said but sure we won our other 4 games. Yes, but to step up and beat the big guns, maybe a change in approach/tactics is needed if you have AI aspirations.

That's like Leitrim winning Div 4 easy, and getting stuffed by Sligo in Connacht, and the manager getting cranky saying but sure did you not see us in Div 4, we blew everyone away.

Typical control freak managers. That's why they have their players heads turned as well, media bans etc.
