Rians 1st free was 100% over the bar
Was mayo’s first free defo over the bar as well?

We had better chances,
Goal chances and missed a few easy frees and other scoring chances

Murnin was excellent
3 points in and 2nd place , I’ll take that.
Again as others have said that’s a game in the past we would not of clawed back so huge credit for bringing back the draw and never say die attitude.

Ross McQullian & Jason Duffy big impacts coming on as well

Midfield we couldn’t compete but still
Missing Ciaran Mackin, Crealey & Oisin

Gr8 point in the end, I thought we were dead and buried. Subs had a major impact. When Mayo get going they are very hard to stop. Our lockouts were poor and we got completely wiped out in MF. That said the lads gave everything Grugan & Soupy were out on their feet. Murnanan & turbo were very good

Frantic end to the game. I’m liking the fact that we can now crawl back a game with 10/15 to go, whereas 3 or 4 years ago we would have said ‘this team has no bottle’ and do what Mayo done, completely crumble.

Few points to note, murnins second week in a row putting a solid performance down, think he score 2 from play last week and 3 this week. Last year, I would have been very critical of him and would have said he is the potential weak link in our forward line, but so far this year he has been our best forward, while others (ie Rian and Rory) have had a slower start.

The third quarter we were completely wiped out at midfield when Mayo pushed up on the kick out. Obviously when they push up the short kick out in the pocket that Ethan likes is out of the question, but think I counted 4 kickouts in the row that we lost which went to the same area - in front of Mayo dig out. Surely after the second one, he should have varied this out.

Basic skills were very poor today also. The Duffy one that was fumbled that near led to a goal, and the Ethan sloppy hand pass near the end are 2 that springs to mind.

Although it wasn’t all doom and gloom. I thought soupys decisive cut runs from the sideline and general possession was superb and a real asset to our game. Also like the use of mcquillan this year when being brought on for the last 15 mins or so when the opposition have tired legs. Duffy also done well when introduced.

All in all, a points a point, and we continue our unbeaten run. Rossies in a fortnight will be a tester for us to go down there when they’ve the wind at their backs after 2 wins from 2.

I know oisin o Neill had surgery on an achilles injury at the end of last summer, wonder is there any updates on the rehab. What did Crealey have to go under the knife for?

Kick outs need a lot of work, plenty of options looking the short ball but not being used and taking too long to play.

Good response late on but you can’t stop playing for so long and expect to win.

Will take the draw and hopefully a few more back from injury’s before the Rosscommon game

The game today was billed by many including on here as a big step up from last week.

4 up heading to half time and a mistake cost a point and then a good score by Mayo with their tails up brought it back to 2 at the break.

According to media, our disallowed point was 100% a score going by the rear camera. Only the usual reaction from the Mayo keeper differed. The Mayo "dodgy" point was "almost certainly" wide by the same analysts.

A great rounded performance by ALL who took to the field today. Those who love to have a pop that were quiet after last week, just catch on. This team has improved. They're not All Ireland winers yet, but are giving it everything. If you are stuck in the era of "they're not great and the leader needs to go", just name the division 2 or 3 team that would have worried them out there today. Sure a couple of years ago it was frustrating to watch them draw with the likes of Sligo, but most naysayers would say that Mayo were one of the top 6. These lads pulled back a 5 point deficit going into injury time to get a deserved draw. Kevin McStay said in his interview that Armagh were "excellent and tenacious in their approach and execution of their plan. An extremely difficult team to break down and we knew they have serious quality throughout and were to be treated with respect and a threat to any decent team. They showed their determination to win, in their game against Galway last summer with a great never give up attitude until the final whistle." I'll take that from someone that has always praised us over the years when we do well and criticises when we are poor. He was also very complimentary about the Armagh support behind him saying he enjoyed the good natured banter with them

Rian is superb, but needs to keep his emotion in check. Yeah the Mayo full forward deserved some "attention" for being an ass, but use your talent to abuse him. It's also lovely to see he is human and can miss a few. Just wish he wouldn't.

Referee was a complete plank (both ways and done us no harm) and as for his officials..............well lets just say you could probably put some nails in them too!

First week in February and an almost full house in Armagh. Absolute pleasure to have seen that. Soccer locally "should" be so jealous of the superb product we have.

Pat on the back to @JoeH for being the first to mention the 32nd minute. So fantastic to see such a well applauded moment in time. The respect for a tragic loss was fantastic and all of those from Mayo that, to a man from where I was, all joined in will I hope be heart-warming to the McNally family. Let's hope they get the justice and peace any family deserves after tragedy.

Next up, another road trip. A game I'd like to think we are targeting for 2 points
