Hard to know where to start or what to say after that.
Horrendous stuff across the park. A few lads there have just not stepped up the last few weeks when it really mattered.
Soupy looks miles off at the minute. His handling and decision making has been so poor. Jarly Óg reverted back to form this evening after a great game the last day out. Running in to blind alleys and recycling the ball instead of taking his man on. We're getting very little tune out of Rian at the minute. Ross McQuillan's ball handling had been akin to an underage footballer not to mention poor decision making again. Grugan clearly not right and was well off the pace today. It's a bad sign when our Goalkeeper is the only threatening attacking player.
A word on Nugent too. Extremely lucky not to see red. Not sure how he didn't to be honest. Looked as clear a strike as could be and right in front of the linesman. Very foolish stuff having only returned from injury.
All that being said, David Gough was dreadful. Couldn't hide his anti Armagh bias. And to not let medical staff on to treat an injured player was an exercise in power for him.
Galway were as defensive if not more than us, particularly in the first half but in general throughout the game the player a negative brand of football and it dragged us in to the same game. We threw away a 5 point lead. Why does this keep happening and how do we address it?
Management have to come in for some criticism of course but when your players are kicking balls in to keepers hands, over carrying, shooting from stupid angles, dropping balls and handling them on the ground, it's hard to blame that on the line.
We're in a desperate situation now in terms of staying up. Tyrone's front 6 will be a lot more potent that today's also.
We may hope we've a few more injured men back and other than that, pray a rosary or 50.
