Sorry for the delay posting folks, I've been a tad busy.
I've noticed a serious lacklustre atmosphere on the forum lately, almost defeatist. WTF. So are we preparing our excuses? Are we preparing to lambast Geezer and the boys? Cuz that's easy, we can all join the "they're f××king useless" gang. Or we can do our county proud and fill the Marshes to the neck and show those stuck up arseholes in Down who the real aristocrats are. Instead of waiting on the team let's see our supporters do their job. Let's make fuckin wee boys out of down and let's us supporters do play our part. C'mon ta f××k Armagh.

Eh Diarmi, did you not see this post? :p
Monaghan gone.

I don’t like to get carried away, but I think we’re definitely going to win Ulster now ;)

Jim mccorry wasn't with down 2 years ago. Eamon burns was their manager. Jim was meant to be with Armagh 2 years ago but couldn't commit due to illness
Cheers!! Couldn't remember. Mind you I sometimes forget to tie my laces which is a pain when I only wear slippers

Best luck today to all the team and management! From watching the Cavan game last night one thing they had was pace from deep and half forwards. Martin Reilly was brilliant at carrying the ball as were others! I just hope we have that in the team but am skeptical if team named starts!
I agree. I’d be very surprised if shields does t start. Unless he’s injured

I'd have thought James Morgan would be the man to mark Jerome Johnstone. He completely nullified him 2 years ago and does so when cross have played kilcoo.

Mooney is down's go to player around midfield so it will be interesting to see who gets the job of picking him up. I think shields done it before so perhaps shields or forker.

As I've said before if we play to our strengths and have a simple, positive direct gameplan we will win.

I hope I don't see Clarke, O'Neill and Grugan playing in the half back line

Just noticed we have the expect same defense in same positions as we had against cork in our last league game. Not a great omen!!!

As the brexiteers say its time to take back control , 20 years ago we had our breakthrough ulster against Down in Clones , It was a hell of a day I remember the jubilation on the pitch afterwards and the sheer outpouring of a starved County having their best days to come , and against our oldest rivals who had a hodoo on this and many thought we would never beat .
