Good draw but we don't tend to wear the favourites tag too well. Fermanagh away always sticky & Laverty's Down would relish a shot at us in Clones. All to play for.

Fermanagh tough surely and goals in them as Derry found out last year. Big McGurn a handful at 14 as well.

Down didn’t even turn up against us last year in Clones. Could be big fallings out there, who’d want to play with them Kilcoo tramps.

Hard to figure out how Armagh could be 20/1 and the team that knocked them out last year are 66/1
Monaghan have an ageing team. Unlikely Darren Hughes or Conor McManus will be back next year. However, I still think they would challenge Armagh

You could argue that Monaghan put it up to the eventual All Ireland champions more than Kerry did.

Dubs were always in control in that game - kept Monaghan at arms length before blasting them out of it in last 10.
We buckled under the favourites tag pressure once again and played right into Monaghan's hands tactically - dog fight specialists. They're a good team but nobody really takes them seriously - they finish 3rd from bottom annually in div 1. We showed them far too much respect. That div 2 line-up is ugly - we could struggle in there this year as we're the biggest team in terms of media attention etc - expect all teams to raise their game against us.
