Trillick got a soft enough free when the gane was 6-4 and just allowed them to pull the extra score ahead, it was a fine call in a tight game until that. Had little reflection on the result though. Trillicks ones weren't happy with the ref in the first half, the love for their Doire neighbour wasn't on show from what I heard. Some lad shouts "You only win Armagh with Dirt" in reference to Jamie "Hands of Stone" Clarke. I couldn't possibly commentate ;). I was that cold I was near going to shoot the dog myself if they didn't get it off the pitch.

Just saw that posted, have to agree with your sentiments, a true role model for any young kid coming through and he will no doubt play a pivotal role in development going forward.

Aaron Kernans probably the best Armagh GAA & Crossmaglen player over the last 20 years
Up there with the best ever. What a pity his county career was cut short. Was one of the top consistent players in Armagh club over the last 10 years - even at the age of near 40.

Too sore to really comment on the game. Was actually away for the weekend and was surrounded by Trillick ones but in fairness to them they were sound. We have received a lot of criticism, some justified, some not so. All I know is no one went on the field with a Cross jersey on to put in the performance that they did.

On the other news enjoy the retirement AK. Lucky to have had 5 years where our careers crossed and really enjoyed playing with him. A generational player who
I’ve great memories of on the field and off it with some great times had.

Bad day at the office 2 years in a row in Ulster. With the players Cross have they should be beating Trillick, no disrespect to them.

Best wishes to Aaron, a genuine legend on the field and an absolute gentleman off it. Armagh and Cross would love to have him back 15 years younger!

the word legend is used too often and in most cases isnt merited. This is not most cases

Not so sure, CE will be tough enough to beat and the group game betwen our lads and Killeavey was very close, we stole it at the end really. Any of the three remaining could win it
