Yes but given the circumstances, that was probably a necessity.

Hopefully a north/south split isn’t needed again, and we can test ourselves against all the top teams.
Hopefully next year is normal and we get to play the Dubs in the Athletic Grounds or get a weekend in Kerry!

Good to see Grugan got alot of attention to his tweet yesterday, bringing forth a motion to the county convention to move all club league games to either a Friday or Saturday night. Would be great to get this changed, for all involved with clubs. Nothing worse than a sunday morning or afternoon game, especially for a player who has worked all week

Yes Friday nights be ideal, Saturday night is currently used for LGFA and should be respected.
I hope the lads like the Sunday morning training!

Seen a suggestion if it was saturdays, have double headers with ladies matches before then mens after:eek:
